Apple officially announced the new 9.7-inch tablet, which has been around for a long time. The model with the most affordable iPad feature comes in three color options: silver, gold and space gris. Unlike the 9.7-inch iPad Pro, the tablet is getting lower performance from the A9 processor.
As is known, the 9.7-inch model includes the A9X processor. This processor is accompanied by the M9 coprocessor. The 9.7-inch iPad Pro is 6.1 mm thick, while the new iPad is 7.5 mm thick. Compared to Wi-Fi versions, the new iPad is 25 grams heavier than the 9.7-inch iPad Pro. At the back of the 469-gram tab we have an 8-megapixel camera with an F / 2.4 aperture that can record 30 frames of Full HD video in seconds.
I would like to state that there is no 4K video recording on Tablette. On the front is a 1.2-megapixel FaceTime camera, which also features a Touch ID fingerprint sensor. Since it is not located in the “Pro” series, the device does not have smart connector and Apple Pencil support.
